Sugarloaf Center, new mixed-use low-rise retail center. SEA projects included 2 multi-tenant retail buildings, a commercial bank, and preliminary design for a 10-story chain hotel with ground floor retail.   Also completed was an interior build out for Marlow’s Tavern.
