This project totaled 345,000 SF with a 275,000 SF warehouse, 50,000 SF offices, and auditorium for 300 people that can divide into 6 smaller sales meeting rooms - as needed. The designs include interior build-out and décor that connects Kentucky’s heritage through our collaboration with a local equestrian artist. His talents and artistry transformed this
