Republic National Distributing Company - Indianapolis, IN

The project renovated a nearly century-old office/warehouse building, preserving original architectural elements while introducing modern features. It aimed to consolidate interior spaces, expose structural elements, and increase natural light. New steel was integrated, and a central gallery connected various office spaces, conference rooms, and a mixology room. The transformation contributed to the economic redevelopment of the Morris Street corridor and downtown business district
