Republic National Distributing Company - Indianapolis, IN

The project was alterations, renovations and adaptive re-use of a nearly century-old office/warehouse building, preserving original architectural elements while introducing contemporary features for 50,000 SF of space. Challenge was to re-design and consolidate 7 different interior levels to be accessible, expose structural elements, and increase natural light. New steel was integrated, and a central gallery connected various office spaces, conference rooms, and a mixology room. This included the adaptive reuse of an existing wood floor warehouse to 20.000 SF of open office in a 25’ high space with clear story lighting.  which was turned into new office space. This building transformation contributed to the economic redevelopment of the Morris Street corridor on the south edge of the downtown business district.
