Beaver Ruin Business Center, Norcross GA

Tilt up construction for a 50,000 SF Spec warehouse, 28’ clear building height. Exterior tilt walls were cast using a thin brick veneer. SEA Studios designed eight of the eleven buildings in the park over the past 40 years (since breaking ground in 1985). This building was built on the last remaining parcel in the park.
