The construction of the facility was concrete tilt-up with steel frame. The office area included executive and sales offices, general offices for customer and phone support service, a catalog order department, graphics, computer room, and an executive conference room.
Ben Meadows was particularly interested in the exterior appearance of the building, as the site afforded high visibility from the main thoroughfare below and from Interstate 575.

New 110,000 SF customer service drop off facility (including 10,000 SF of office space), and 100,000 SF loading and sorting space for 120 Federal Express vans and delivery trucks.
Specialized doors were designed at the truck loading area for FedEx’s specially designed tractor trailers. A 3,000 SF truck maintenance facility was completed with the project.
